Cornell Asian Alumni Association (CAAA) & Cornell Club of Los Angeles (CCLA) Lunar New Year Celebration

Please join fellow alumni from CAAA and CCLA on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Grand Harbor Restaurant in Temple City, California, for an authentic Chinese lunch celebrating Lunar New Year.

Lunar New Year is the beginning of a new year in the Chinese calendar and is an annual celebration for many Asian countries, such as China, Korea, and Singapore.

We hope you can join us for this cultural celebration as we ring in the New Year, heralded in the Year of the Snake, one of the twelve Chinese Zodiac animal signs.

11:00 am – 2:00 pm (Mix & Mingle 11-11:30 am; 11:30 am lunch begins)
Grand Harbor Restaurant
Cost: $65 per person

The event will include a prix fixe menu in a private event room. The prix fixe menu includes: a BBQ platter, walnut shrimp in western-style sauce, French-style beef tenderloin cubes, crab meat and fish maw soup, special baked lobster, golden and silver egg bean seedlings, braised mushrooms with tofu and egg, stir-fried seasonal vegetables with fish balls, seafood pan fried noodle, and traditional-style ma la cake. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, and there is an additional fee for rice on-site.
