Edvard Munch, the creator of the iconic painting The Scream, was among the most celebrated and controversial artists in modern art.
The special exhibition Edvard Munch: Between the Clock and the Bed at SFMOMA features 45 landmark compositions about art, love, mortality, and the ravages of time. A collaboration between Metropolitan Museum of Art, SFMOMA and Munch Museum (Oslo, Norway), this exhibition brings several masterpieces to the American audience for the first time.
Join us at SFMOMA for an evening of exquisite art and a discussion about what makes us human. The private tour starts at 7:00 pm. Participants can join the group for dinner before the tour and have about an hour to explore the museum freely after the tour.
This is a member only event with a cap of 25. Ticket price is $35 for early bird and $40 starting from one week before the event.
