Organizational culture isn’t just a hot topic–it’s an untapped asset and potential liability for all businesses. And yet, for all its potential to make or break, few know how to manage cultures with proficiency. KarenJaw-Madson, MA ’09 Columbia, and author of Culture Your Culture: Innovating Experiences @Work, will share Design of Work Experience (DOWE), the much needed, step-by-step “how to” for designing, implementing, and sustaining culture in organizations. With the practice of DOWE, culture will no longer be esoteric or intangible, but overt, meaningful, fully leveraged, and truly experienced. Please join us for an evening of learning, starting with a fireside chat and followed by Q&A and an interactive exercise. Books will be available for purchase at the event.

The event will be hosted at Symantec’s on site restaurant (Union 82) and will have limited ticket availability. There will be no tickets available at the door.
