Join us virtually for the Cornell Club of Boston’s premier event of the year, the Annual Keynote Reception. The Cornell Club of Boston is excited to welcome this year’s keynote speaker, Jessica Levin Martinez, Richard J. Schwartz Director of the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art. Join us to learn more about the Johnson Museum, its collections and its Boston connections. Bring your questions for what is sure to be a very fun and educational evening!
At this event, held via Zoom, you’ll also hear a brief update from the president of the Cornell Club of Boston about the club’s programming to promote connections among the Cornell community. In addition to the keynote talk, we will also conduct the short annual meeting of the Cornell Club of Boston.
Jessica Levin Martinez was named director of the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art in 2019. She has an extensive background in art history that started in her undergraduate years at Harvard. She then went on to earn her doctorate in the history of art and architecture from Harvard in 2004. Since then, Jessica has been an educator and administrator at several museums including time spent in Prague and Slovakia.
