Please Join Us to Celebrate 50 Years of Women’s Hockey at Cornell.

In celebration of Title IX and 50 years of Varsity Women’s Ice Hockey at Cornell, we are inviting all our alumnae, family and friends to return to Lynah this July and celebrate the legacy that is Cornell Women’s Ice Hockey. We had over 90 people at our 45th reunion and we are hoping to bring together even more for this incredible milestone.

This year, all the events will be on campus, and we have created more flexibility as well as more family-oriented activities, so that everyone has ample opportunity to socialize with their old teammates and meet alumnae from other classes. We have also transitioned from a formal sit-down dinner to an environment where alumnae can move around and chat with each other.

We are asking everyone to register early, and we are asking everyone to rally their friends to come. It is also important to make your hotel reservations early. Later this month we will offer several hotel blocks. If you have not been to Ithaca recently, there are many more hotels right downtown than when we were in school. There are also several Airbnb’s and VRBO’s in the area. It may sound crazy, but most of the accommodations in Ithaca for summer fill up because of events in Watkins Glen and other Finger Lakes festivals. We suggest making a refundable reservation online immediately after completing your event registration.

2:00 PM Family Skate at Lynah & Facilities tours with Coach
4:00 PM Team Picture at Lynah  
4:30 PM Cocktails and Memorabilia on campus (Cash bar)
5:30 PM Dinner & Keynote Speakers on Campus (Cash bar)  

Sunday, July 23
10:00 AM Skating at Lynah & Coffee/Bagel Reception
