Scott Behson ’94

An expert on work and family issues who appears regularly in the national media, Behson is a professor of management at Fairleigh Dickinson University; the former CALS communication alum previously penned The Working Dad’s Survival Guide, a primer on work-life balance. His latest book—a management guide subtitled Building Better Workplaces Through Work-Life, Wellness, and Employee Support—describes best practices in such areas as remote work, family leave, workplace culture, vacation policy, and more; it also contemplates lessons learned from the office upheaval caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
