Please join the Cornell Club of Maryland on Thursday, May 15th as we celebrate Preakness Week with Cornell alumni prominent in thoroughbred horse racing.  We will hold our celebration at the Timonium Fairgrounds where Fasig-Tipton holds their annual two-year old sale.  Join us to watch horses breeze (gallop) beginning at 3:00 p.m. followed by a tour of the horse barns and a Q&A of the training process by Cornell alumni. 

We will have a reception to follow from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  The meeting point to watch horses breeze and the tour is the Track Kitchen located just south of the track on the Maryland Fairgrounds property. The reception will be at the brand new restaurant opening in the Fairgrounds grandstand in the former location of Nick’s.  We will send a detailed map and more information on the reception location to those that register.
