Speakers:
Malcolm Chaka ILR ’19:

 

Malcolm Chaka grew up in Mississauga, Canada. Malcolm graduated from Cornell University in 2019, where he was a 4-time letter winner in Varsity Football, and graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2023. At Notre Dame, Malcolm served as the graduate student representative on the Faculty Board of Athletics, was a member of the Moot Court Trial Team. He worked as a summer associate at Winston & Strawn and Sidley Austin in Chicago. He also served as a judicial extern for Judge Thomas K. Kirsch in the U.S Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. After graduation, Malcolm returned to Winston where he focuses his practice on internal and government investigations, antitrust, sports, and regulatory matters. In his free time, Malcolm enjoys watching sports, listening to music, and taking hikes.


Nikita Gupta COE ’17:


Nikita Gupta is an entrepreneur with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cornell University. At Cornell, she launched Girls Who Code in Ithaca, NY and was heavily involved with Women in Computing. She has previously worked with Apple Inc., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Martha Stewart, and a few startups as a
software engineer.

Nikita is currently the co-founder and CTO of Symba, a platform to help organizations manage and design early talent development and workforce programs. She was awarded Forbes 30 Under 30 in Enterprise Technology, SF Business Times 40 Under 40, and is a Halcyon Fellow. Originally from NJ and India, Nikita is currently residing in NY/NJ. In her spare time, she can be found cooking (nikitaskitchen.com), dancing, or scuba diving.

 

Chase Wickenheiser A&S ’19:

 

Chase is a Certified Financial Planner with Magnus Financial Group. He partners with clients to help them organize their current Financial Picture, advance their future Financial Goals, and motivate them to continually achieve those goals. Chase has presented his financial fundamentals to sports teams and student groups across Cornell.
