Dan Gotlieb is the Founder and Principal Broker of Digs Realty Group, a real estate brokerage firm that operates in New York City, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, Long Island and New Jersey.  After a 9+ year career as a commercial real estate attorney, Dan founded Digs with a simple mission – to provide the highest quality of full-service residential real estate services available on the market at a reasonable cost to consumers.  Digs has closed over $800M in transactions since it was founded in 2014, has saved its clients nearly $12M in commission rebates and discounts, and has ranked as the #3 small team in NYC for the past two years.  

Chen Zhao leads the economics team at Redfin, where she produces research on the housing market for public and internal audiences. Previously, she was an executive director leading housing finance and financial markets research at the JPMorgan Chase Institute. Prior to joining JPMCI, Chen was an economics consultant at Analysis Group, Inc., where she worked on financial litigation cases and led teams conducting health economics and outcomes research on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. While in graduate school at Cornell, Chen was with the Center for Economic Studies and the Social Economic and Housing Statistics Division at the US Census Bureau, where she conducted applied microeconomics research using large scale restricted-access linked survey-administrative data. She started her career at the White House Council of Economic Advisers, where she focused on labor and health economics.


Scott Valins is the Co-Founder and CEO of GoRascal, the #1 mortgage brokerage in the state of NY by both loan officer count and loan volume. Scott is a 20 year veteran of the business and is licensed to originate mortgages in 30 states.
