Ivy Israel alumni are invited to man their university’s boat at the 10-year-old Mediterranean Classic: The Penn Israel Regatta – Ivy League Yacht Race

Each yacht will have its own professional skipper and plenty of Champagne.
No prior experience required you only need to heed Benjamin Franklin, Penn’s esteemed founder:

“Large vessels can venture more; small boats should stay near shore”.

Schedule:
17:30 – Sea-Gal Yacht Club. Yachting 101 Lesson: Rules of the Race; Man the boats.
18:00 – 20:00 – Race, followed by a sunset swim off the boats (latest sunset of the year).
20:30 – Beach Party & Trophies awarded Chinki Beach 10 minute walk from the Herzelia Marina

(No need to participate in the race to join us for drinks and dinner)
