Event Details

Location: Zoom

These are unprecedented challenging times. A group of us last week gathered on Zoom and had meaningful conversations about where we are at with our lives during shelter-in-place. At the end of that discussion, we touched upon an important topic about happiness. Emily Liu, our facilitator, shared that the famous 80-year Harvard Grant Study has shown that the #1 key to happiness (and health and longevity) is the depth of emotional intimacy with our romantic partners.

We would like to dive deeper into that topic so you can learn how to build deeper relationships through confident vulnerability (via the Internal Family Systems Self-leadership framework). During the session, your relationship questions can be anonymously submitted via the Zoom chat box and they will be answered anonymously by Emily.

The goals of this discussion are to learn:
• How to build stronger relationships no matter where you’re at with your relationship status – single, dating, divorced, or in a committed relationship;
• How to overcome the fears around vulnerability;
• The step-by-step process to become confidently vulnerable to build emotional intimacy.

Facilitator:
Emily Liu (HumEc ’84) will lead and facilitate the group and guide you through understanding your thoughts and emotions. Emily’s ability to guide participants into deeper conversations about their personal and professional lives have been well-received during her previous interactive workshops for CCoB.

Zoom link details will be provided in the registration confirmation e-mail.

Limited to 30 attendees.
