Einkorn is the most ancient kind of wheat, and it is still cultivated today!
This nutrient dense grain was a staple of our ancestors, but is just as relevant in today’s diet. Come learn how to make Adrian’s everyday einkorn loaves that her family has in constant rotation.
This class is useful for those who want a tasty, nourishing bread that is a little gentler on people who consider themselves gluten sensitive*. You’ll walk away with an understanding of Einkorn’s history as a highly valued food, as well as with a recipe and adaptations to make einkorn a part of your regular diet.
We’ll snack on Einkorn loaves as she shows you how to make them from beginning to end.

She’ll host 10 people in her home kitchen on April 30th from 1pm to 3pm. Also, check out Adrian’s website www.thousandbitesofbread.com
