Join us on February 22 to learn what skills had the greatest impact on early career development from a stimulating discussion with Andy Willner COE ‘92. We asked successful colleagues, “What skills did you learn the hard way in your first few years that had a big impact on your success that you wish someone would have just told you about before you started?” Their answers make this engaging talk a must-see for aspiring professionals! Andy Willner is Managing Director of CÆDENCE Consulting LLC; his team engages with clients’ teams to resolve pressing issues and offers novel skills workshops & coaching to drive sustainable improvements. Andy honed his expertise in developing engineering talent while leading successful new product development teams at Sensata Technologies, Texas Instruments, and Pratt & Whitney. In addition to Cornell, he has degrees from Binghamton and NTU. Andy has 8 patents and is a registered P.E.
