Calling all cyclists…

This will be our first cycling event and we hope you can join us.

The ride will be on Saturday, October 30th at 10 AM. The starting point will be from the park by the Chester Historical 1915 Erie Railroad Station, which is across from 6 Howland Street, Chester, NY.  Then we will ride to downtown Goshen and back which is approximately 10 miles round trip. The route is basically, flat, paved with only 2 or 3 street crossings. Afterwards, we will grab a bite to eat at the Rushing Duck Brewery around 12:30 PM, located about 100 yards from the parking lot. There will be food from a Thai food truck, and various drinks available at Rushing Duck for purchase. (Note: The bartenders will be in costume for Halloween.) If possible, during the ride we will stop for a brief history lesson. Please dress for the weather, bring water and as always any extra bike parts, extra tubes, and a helmet. We will have an air pump if your tires need it.

This ride is open to Cornell Alumni, Friends and Family. If you are interested in joining, please contact Richard Yuen for further details.
