Have your Kids Make Dinner Tonight! Please join us Friday, May 21 for a family cooking class where you and your kids (or your kids with a little bit of supervision) can make your dinner. This is a virtual event. Gina McNeill (Dioguardi) is a Cornell Hotel School Graduate ’78 and Culinary Institute of America (CIA) trained chef who, along with her fellow chef instructor, Miguel Alfonso – another CIA-trained chef, will share their expertise and teach us to prepare a full and delicious dinner menu – appropriate for kids aged 5-15 and their families.

Dinner menu includes:
•   Chicken Francaise
•   Big Red Spaghetti Pie
•   Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

The cost is $10 per family, which includes ingredient list, recipes and instruction. Please join us! It should be a fun event with Cornellians, a way to entertain your kids, and a creative way to make dinner!
