The Cornell Club of Ithaca will host the Executive Director of the Finger Lakes Land Trust, Andrew Zepp, as part of its Lecture Series. Founded in 1989 to protect forests, farmlands, gorges, and shorelines in the Finger Lakes region of New York, the Finger Lakes Land Trust has saved over 25,000 acres. The trust endeavors to conserve not only the lands and waters of our region, but also seeks to ensure scenic vistas, clean water, local foods, and wild places for everyone. Join us as Andrew speaks about the challenges and solutions of land conservation in the age of climate change.
