– Our own private area
– A flight of 5 Tasters (5 oz. each) for sampling the best of Hess Brewing
– 2 taco plate with rice and beans (carnitas, chicken, fish, or pork)

This year, the Cornell Club proudly hosts Zinck’s Night at the original Mike Hess Brewing location in Miramar.  

Come check out one of the best known brands of independent craft brewing in San Diego County – and the city’s first production nano-brewery!

Did you know?  Theodore Zinck was an Ithaca saloon owner whose pub, the Hotel Brunswick, was a popular hangout for Cornellians in the 1890s.  When he died in 1903, a series of bars in and around Collegetown adopted his name.  Even though the last bar closed in the 1960s, Cornellians began commemorating the spirit of Zinck’s Night by gathering on a Thursday night, once a year.  This tradition of coming together to enjoy camaraderie and refreshments has grown into a gathering for Cornellians everywhere.
