6:00 p.m.:
Reception Gathering Table with New York Cheeses (R&G Boston Blue, Sugarhouse
Medium Soft, Palatine Extra Sharp Cheddar & Chatham Sheep Farm Cheese) and
local crudité and fruit, breads & crackers

7:00 p.m.: Dinner* with featured speaker

*You are welcome to bring your own bottle of New York State wine (no corkage fee) for dinner.
*Complete 3 course dinner is prepared by students in the School of Culinary Arts
Featuring menu items that are grown and/or processed in New York State

Entrée Choices (indicate preference when you register):

– Baked Salmon Filet
– Kentucky Bourbon Sirloin
Above will be served with  NY red potatoes & potatoes au gratin and root vegetables
– Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie

All entrees above will start with a mesclun greens salad with champagne vinaigrette

Dessert – Spring Celebration Cake
