This guided discussion will explore the complexities of dating while social distancing. As we move into the early stages of reopening (with anticipation of recurring lockdowns), what has your personal journey been like as a LGBTQIA+ person?

From finding people, connecting/meeting for the first time, to actually forming a relationship — or simply choosing solitude — we invite CUGALA members to share their stories with each other. How have you been creative in generating intimacy from a safe distance? Has your desire or behavior shifted from what it was pre-COVID… and sometimes day-to-day? You won’t walk away with a user guide to the wild and terrifying world of dating apps, but perhaps you’ll find solace, inspiration, and levity from other Cornellians’ experiences.

Cornellians of all sexual identities and gender identities welcomed!
