Join us at for an afternoon of beer guzzling fun.   Alex Puchner ’83, Senior Vice President of Brewing Operations at BJ’s Restaurants, has graciously offered to conduct a beer tasting and tour at one of his breweries located at the BJ’s in Brea.  We will learn a little bit of the history and traditions of ales and lagers, what ingredients go into making them, and then try out all of the varieties which are hand crafted by BJ’s brewmeisters, along with generous servings of BJ’s famous pizzas.  Enjoy samples of a dozen of BJ’s handcrafted ales and exotic imported beers in a variety of beer styles, including tastings of sour beers right out of the barrels.
