Well…you don’t have to go all the way to Ithaca to rekindle with this excellent taste of white wine.  The Cornell Club has organized a wine tasting event right here in Hong Kong!  The guided tasting event will showcase 4 different Rieslings from Hermann J. Wiemer, guaranteed to be memorable.  Canapes will also be served.

Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard, founded in 1979, is one of the pioneer in winemaking in the Finger Lakes. Today, the estate spans 80-acres of prime vineyard sites on the western slopes of Seneca Lake. The vineyard’s Rieslings have claimed multiple awards throughout its history, and is named one of the world’s Top 100 Estates by Wine & Spirits Magazine over the past 9 years. Critics and connoisseurs such as Robert Parker, Eric Asimov, Stuart Piggott consistently mention Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard as the top Riesling producer in the U.S.
