Reunion 2026 hotel rooms are now available.

If you prefer the amenities of a hotel, there are plenty of options. Choose a hotel from the list below and reserve your room.

If you miss your dorm days and hope to stay on campus, residence hall reservations can be made as part of your Reunion registration in the spring.

On-campus housing

  • Miss your dorm days?

    Residence halls are a convenient way to stay close to everything happening on campus. Find your Reunion headquarters and residence hall location(s) by visiting the Reunion classes and groups page.  You will reserve on-campus housing as part of your Reunion registration, which is scheduled to open in April. On campus housing rates will be shared on this page in early 2026. Housing rates are per person, not per room.

Campus housing FAQ

    • What's included in the room fee? What should I bring?

    The university provides bath towels, washcloths, soap, hangers, bed linens, a pillow, a water glass, and a daily towel and washcloth exchange. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. What you bring to Ithaca depends on your individual needs and your ability to transport your extras. Many people bring:

    Blankets (depending on the weather in Ithaca
    Toiletry kit/shower caddy for carrying shower items to bathroom
    Extra hangers
    Hairdryer
    Hand mirror
    Iron
    Portable fan
    Rain gear (umbrella, poncho, raincoat)
    Reusable water bottle
    Slippers or shower shoes
    Sunscreen, bug spray, and hand sanitizer
    Toiletries (these are not provided by the University)

    • What are the rules for children staying in residence halls?

    Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to stay in the residence halls. Children 16 years of age and older may have a room next to a parent/guardian.Children under the age of 16 must share a room with a parent/guardian. There is no charge for children who do not need a bed (sleep in porta-crib, on the floor, etc.) and stay in a parent's/guardian's room.

    • What if I need to cancel my on-campus housing reservation?

    You are welcome to cancel your on-campus housing reservation at any time by reaching out to your class/group registration chair, however, on-campus housing reservations must be cancelled by May 22, 2026, to guarantee a refund.

    • When is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in begins Thursday, June 4 at noon. Check out by noon on Sunday, June 7 (no exceptions).

    • Can I request a room near my friends?

    If your class Reunion planners are accepting rooming requests, you may be able to request to room near or with someone specific as part of your housing registration. Requests are not a guarantee of placement. Your class/group Reunion planners will do their best to accommodate requests.

    • I have special medical or mobility needs - is it practical for me to stay in the residence halls

    In many cases, yes.  A limited number of accessible residence hall rooms are available on campus. Medical or mobility needs can be shared as part of your housing registration. Please contact Hazel Key in the Office of Alumni Affairs at class_reunion@cornell.edu 607-255-7085 with specific questions or concerns.

    • Where do I pick up my housing keys if I arrive to campus after hours?

    Late arrival Reunion attendees can pick up their room keys at Robert Purcell Community Center for North Campus, and William Keeton House for West Campus. Please be sure to visit your class or group headquarters the following morning to officially check in to Reunion and receive your button.

    • Who do I call if I'm locked out of my room?

    If you are locked out of your room, please call the on-call number posted on the building or go to the 24-hour desk in your area of campus (RPCC on North, Keeton on West).

    • The Statler Hotel is reserved for our most senior alumni celebrating their 60th, 65th, 70th, 75th, and 80th Reunions.
