Jeff Fromm is a nationally known speaker and author with 25+ years of experience in marketing and research. His focus includes complex cultural trends, consumer behavior patterns and the influence of emerging technology. Of particular interest is how high access to content supports a new ability for consumers to “own” buying decisions. Jeff speaks on how to strengthen brands and forge relationships in this new environment.

As a contributing columnist for Forbes, Jeff writes on topics that range from health care to travel to talent acquisition, and the interplay among Boomers, Millennials, Gen X and Z. He advises Fortune 100 companies and start-ups and has worked in partnership with Boston Consulting Group and Service Management Group. Jeff has written two books on Millennials, Marketing to Millennials and Millennials with Kids which have been well received. His third book, Marketing to Gen Z, co-authored with Angie Read, will be available March 2018.

Jeff graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended the London School of Economics.
