Event Details:
Date: Monday, September 14, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: Bryant Park

Come join us in Bryant Park for an evening of community, connection, and the showing of Shakespeare in Love — a fictional love affair between William Shakespeare and Viola de Lesseps during the writing of Romeo and Juliet. The winner of 7 Academy Awards including Best Picture, this film features an all-star cast including Gwyneth Paltrow, Joseph Fiennes, Geoffrey Rush, Colin Firth, Ben Affleck, and Judi Dench.

Plan to arrive at or before 6:00p.m. to check-in and mingle. The movie begins at 8:00 p.m. We’ll gather on the Southeast corner of the lawn.

Bring your own blanket, food, and drinks — maybe even a little extra to share. Before the movie starts, we’ll raffle off a Cornell blanket (you must be registered and checked in at the park to enter).

Don’t forget to wear your Cornell colors and merch. Rain or shine, we’ll be there — Go Big Red!
