The Cornell- NY Met Customized Baseball Cap:
The first 1,500 tickets purchased come with a customized Cornell – NY Met baseball cap. Perfect for summer wear!

To redeem your hat, you must purchase a ticket and select the hat as one of your Cornell ticket benefits (described below under Important Purchasing Instructions). Use your Game Ticket in the Ballpark app to redeem your hat at either:

  • The Pre-Game Cornell Experience Party area for those attending or
  • The Group Sales Redemption Booth located behind Section 130 on the Field Level (starting at game time). Note: all hats must be redeemed by the end of the 4th inning and all redemptions must be made in person – there is no mail option or stadium storage/pick-up option available.

Free Pre-game Cornell Experience (PGCE):
In addition to the custom baseball cap, the first 900 tickets purchased are also guaranteed a very special pre-game experience.

Exclusive In-Stadium Cornell Party:

  • We’ve arranged for early access into the stadium starting at 11:40AM – that’s a half hour before general ticket holders are allowed in
  • You’ll enter through the Bullpen Gate and go to straight to the Picnic Area in front of you which will be reserved for Cornell. You’ll need a special PGCE experience ticket (explained below) to enter this space.
  • The party area will feature special appearances by Mr. & Mrs. Met as well as Cornell’s Touchdown, a photo booth, music from the Mets DJ, giveaways, paid concessions, an early access hat redemption booth and more…
  • From the Pre-Game Party space you’ll then be organized into your On Field Experiences

On Field Experiences:

  • The biggest experience will be the Warning Track Salute (WTS).  We will have 500 Cornellians on the field stretching all across the outfield warning track as everyone stands in the stadium to sing along with the Cornell Glee Club and Chorus Alumni who will be performing a special rendition of the National Anthem. We’ll also get to witness two lucky Cornellians who will throw out and catch the First Pitch!
  • The other experience is Photo-on-the-Field. Led in batches of 100 Cornellians, we will have four groups (400 total) escorted to the right field warning track (prior to the WTS group assembly) to have a Mets photographer take a beautiful group picture using the stadium as the backdrop. Photos will be available after the game online.
IMPORTANT PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS:
