Join Senior Lecturer Cheryl Stanley ’00 for a networking event hosted by the Cornell Club of Central Florida. Cheryl will be available to share insights on current wine trends, unpack the connections between flavors and climate, and more – offering a glimpse into what makes “Introduction to Wines” a beloved Cornell tradition.

There will be pre-selected appetizers for guests to enjoy, and a pay-as-you-go opportunity to purchase food and wine from the venue.

Cheryl Stanley ’00 is a senior lecturer in food and beverage management at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In 2017, she was selected as one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s 40 under 40 Tastemakers. Stanley combines her deep industry experience working in fine-dining restaurants and hotels with her academic expertise in gastronomy, food, wine, and agriculture. For over a decade, she has taught “Introduction to Wines” – one of Cornell’s most popular elective courses, attracting over 700 students each semester.

COST: $5 per person and then pay-as-you-go menu and cash bar
