Last month CTBN explored how talent and people processes drive organizational success.  This month, we will be asking how you can identify candidate co-founders, investors, employees or employers who will enhance and not detract from the workplace culture?

Work groups and Leadership Teams alike can be derailed by problem people.  Whether you call them toxic, personality disordered or Emotional Predators, for some of these people the workplace can be a strategy game to dominate and control, and you may become either a player to be defeated or a game piece to be used. This month’s fireside chat will offer a new paradigm for recognizing and potentially effectively managing the most difficult people in the workplace.

Steven Wolhandler, JD ’84, MA, LPC is a psychotherapist, mediator, attorney, author and consultant with decades of experience working with toxic people, folks he calls Emotional Predators (a.k.a. personality disorders).  He offers a radically different view of these Emotional Predators and provides practical effective solutions for business leaders.
