This volunteer event is being held in partnership with the Governor’s mansion and Grow Local Colorado, growlocalcolorado.org. We will assist in the final harvest of the season at the mansion. Vegetables and flowers harvested will be donated to several local food banks.

This is an adults only event and will take place Tuesday, September 24 starting at 8:30 am and will last for about an hour and a half. Volunteers are also welcome to assist in delivering the harvest to local food banks in the neighborhood after the event. Physical level of activity is medium requiring harvesting and debris removal at ground level.

In order to participate a background check is required. A form will be sent for the background check to those who sign up. Final details on parking and other information will be sent to registrants a week before the event.
