DESCRIPTION:Registration \nPut Your Cornell Spirit to Work! \nJoin Fellow Cornellians for a Hands-On Day of Giving Back \nRoll up your sleeves and join the Cornell Club of Arizona for a fun\, hands-on community service project at Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore in Tempe! \nReStore is the retail operations arm of Habitat for Humanity.  Every dollar raised in the ReStore cycles back into the Habitat for Humanity mission of providing safe\, decent\, and affordable housing to those in need. \nReStore gives new and gently used home-improvement materials a second life—and makes them available to the community at reduced prices. From furniture and cabinets to tools\, paint\, tile and more\, there’s always plenty to do. \nWhat We’ll Be Doing \nAs CCAZ volunteers\, we’ll help: \n\nStock shelves and organize inventory\nAssemble donated items\nGet hands-on with the work that keeps ReStore running\nPotentially work alongside Habitat homeowner families\n\n📅 Saturday\, October 24\n⏰ 10:00 AM–1:00 PM\n📍 Habitat for Humanity ReStore\n3210 S McClintock Dr.\, Tempe\, AZ 85282\n❄️ Indoor & air-conditioned! \nWho Can Volunteer? \nAdults and teens age 15+ are welcome. \nSpace is limited to just 15 volunteers\, so reserve your spot soon!\nPlease wear closed-toed shoes. \nTwo-Step Registration Required \nTo participate\, you must complete both registrations: \n1. Register with the Cornell Club of Arizona using the registration button above \n2. Register for the Habitat for Humanity event created specifically for our October 24 CCAZ volunteer group. \nAll participants will also complete Habitat for Humanity’s required waiver upon arrival. \nCome Represent Cornell. Give Back.
