Join us as we near the end of the Year of the Dragon in our annual Cornell Cares give back to the community service event.

This year, will be a family friendly beach trash clean up service project at East Coast Park.

We hope many of you can volunteer an hour or two of your valuable time to clean up our gorgeous beach, work up an appetite for a big dinner, and let the kids help or play at the beach.

DATE: Saturday, January 25, 2025
TIME & LOCATION: Meet: 5pm, East Coast Car Park E1, near Jumbo Seafood – we will have Cornell T-shirts on
Time: 5pm – 7pm, free and easy to keep it casual
Please bring: A couple of large trash bags and hand barriers (gloves/ tongs)
Rain plan: Will continue in light drizzle, will cancel in thunderstorm.

We hope to meet up afterwards at 7pm for a casual, post-cleanup celebratory meal together at the nearby East Coast Lagoon Food Village.

DRESS CODE: Comfy casual with Cornell swag highly encouraged!
