Session 2: The Conifers (2:00pm – 4:00pm)
Description: Conifers are a fascinating group of cone-bearing trees (pine, spruce, fir) that have  secrets buried deep in geologic time. Each species comes from a distinct and much older lineage of trees than their “newcomer“ counterpart, the broadleaf trees.
Location: Meet at Le Pan Quotidien by Sheep Meadow (2 W 69th Street)
