Wyatt is the chef and owner of Kiddo, a vegetable-forward, hyper-seasonal restaurant in Washington Square West. Building on his life-long love of cooking, Wyatt attended Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, where he participated in Hospitality Leadership Development Program and completed a joint-degree program with the Culinary Institute of America. After graduation, Wyatt’s passion for world-class cuisine led him to Sonoma County, where he honed his culinary skills. Upon moving to Philadelphia in 2019, he held positions at restaurants throughout the city before opening Kiddo last year.
Elizabeth earned a degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability from College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell, setting her up for a career dedicated to environmental sustainability. As a student, she was a four-year member of the varsity equestrian team. She has held leadership positions in sustainability in the wine industry and higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Sustainability & Strategic Initiatives at Swarthmore College. Alongside her husband Wyatt, she brings a lens of environmental stewardship into her behind-the-scenes work at Kiddo.
