DESCRIPTION:Cornellians\, let’s paint the Capital Big Red! \nJoin fellow Cornellians on Saturday\, October 3\, 2026\, for a special Cornell alumni gathering during Georgetown University’s Homecoming as Cornell takes on the Georgetown Hoyas in DC. \nBefore kickoff\, stop by our dedicated Cornell space to reconnect with old friends\, meet fellow alumni and families\, and show your Big Red spirit. \nThere’s an extra special connection to this year’s Homecoming: newly arrived Georgetown President Eduardo M. Peñalver ’94 is a Cornell alumnus\, bringing a little extra Big Red pride to Georgetown’s Homecoming weekend. \nEvent Details\nDate: Saturday\, October 3\, 2026\nTailgate Time: 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.\nTailgate Location: In front of McDonough Memorial Gym\nKickoff: 12:30 p.m.\nGame Location: Cooper Field — a short walk from McDonough Gym\nCost: Complimentary registration; game tickets purchased separately \n📍 Tailgate Location: Google Maps \nCome early\, wear your Cornell red\, and help us bring the Big Red to Georgetown! \nRegistration is complimentary and helps us plan for attendance.
