In advance of Cyber Monday 2024, Cornellians<\/em> debuted an annual feature devoted to spotlighting alumni-owned businesses that sell merchandise suitable for holiday gift giving. The aim was to create a win-win: not only showcase Big Red retailers, but give Cornellian shoppers some novel ideas for holiday gifts while supporting their fellow alums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And when we set about gathering online stores to include, we were blown away by what we encountered: dozens upon dozens (upon dozens!) of thriving retailers founded by alumni entrepreneurs, selling everything from tasty treats to high-end fashions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How did we find them? The company\u2019s snacks\u2014which also include bars\u2014are gluten free and keto-friendly, and the coconuts are sourced from family farms in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jamie Kim \u201919<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Originally started on the Hill and sold at pop-up markets, these granolas are made in small batches using ghee, honey, oats, nuts, and seeds to make the base. Flavors include vanilla bean with sour cherries, chai streusel with honey, and maple pecan with sea salt. Their offerings are hypoallergenic, vegan, and safe for diabetics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Catherine Zhu \u201918<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These all-natural drink mixes are aimed at improving sleep quality, lowering stress levels, supporting joint health, and more.
