This season brings two additions to our library of carving designs: an homage to the Brain Collection and a toothy McGraw clockface<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each October, Cornellians<\/em> helps alumni get into the Halloween spirit with original pumpkin-carving designs inspired by Big Red icons and traditions. From a snarling Touchdown entwined with a \u201cC\u201d to a bat-adorned \u201cBig Red,\u201d these stencils bring the spirit of the Hill to your seasonal d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we again offer two designs\u2014one more time-consuming than the other. <\/p>\n\n\n

The simpler entry (though some of its finer details are a tad painstaking) is a whimsical brain-in-a-jar design that honors Uris Hall\u2019s famed Wilder Brain Collection<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we again offer two designs\u2014one more time-consuming than the other.

The other, which is more intricate, evokes the delightfully grinning jack-o’-lantern overlay that appears on the four McGraw Tower clockfaces each spooky season, complete with delicately detailed Roman numerals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
