Alumni cited those things, and many others, in response to a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7174136588191322113\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn poll<\/a> asking, \u201cHow did Cornell prepare you for life after the Hill?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHow could Cornell <em>not<\/em> prepare us for life?,\u201d mused <a href=\"https:\/\/cornellbotanicgardens.org\/legacy-gift-for-wetlands-conservation-internship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paul DuBowy \u201975<\/a>, a wetland ecologist based in Wyoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s something to, \u2018I would found an institution where any person can find instruction in any study.\u2019 And it wasn\u2019t just the in-class education.
